but this is normal. The paint has noticeable wear spots.

This is a jacket that was owned and used by a member of the
USAF. Many different kinds of patches were added to this jacket

This plack of a police officer and his slogan was never hung on
a wall and used. This plack does have a factory flaw in the
raised slogan. The lettering is broken off and missing where the
red pencil tip is placed. This broken of lettering will have to be
re-made by someone who can detail it in the theme of the
plack.
